Rich Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup (THM-FP) ~ Nana’s Little Kitchen
This syrup is a more rich-tasting, special occasion syrup than my original pancake syrup and it even contains a little butter, but not enough to take it out of FP mode so enjoy it on S or E pancakes or waffles! You can sub in any extract that you wish here. I’ve used caramel in this recipe but it’s great with cinnamon extract, pure vanilla extract and of course maple!
Easy Breezy Strawberry Syrup (THM-FP) ~Nana’s Little Kitchen
I love to make this sauce and keep it in the fridge for pancakes and biscuits. If you enjoy the fresh flavor of strawberries, perfectly sweetened and made easily available this recipe will do that for you. I make it up with my fully fresh strawberries and dole it out a little at a time for up to two weeks. The xylitol in the gentle sweet as well as the citric acid seems to be acting as preservatives and keeps this little sauce/syrup very well.
