Hello Teresia here to let you know a little more About Nana’s Little Kitchen. I grew up and still live in East Texas where cooking good food is not an option; it’s a requirement. I began cooking and collecting recipes at an early age.
Once I decided, a few years ago, that Trim Healthy Mama was going to be a diet I could not just lose weight on but live with, I started tweaking and converting my 40 plus year recipe collection.
