Here’s a fun, crispy, easy idea for Low Carb Salad Bowls that goes with almost any style salad but of course the taco or fajita salad it is our Texas favorite around this kitchen!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Using Mission Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas will give you a Trim Healthy Mama plan approved bowl of 1 if you use the 4 net carb large tortilla or 2 if you choose the make the smaller 3 net carb, but of course the larger the better for salad bowls.
Spray both sides of each tortilla needed with oil. Arrange the tortillas in bowl shape over an ordinary pyrex or other oven safe cups on a baking sheet. Just keep cooking till they crisp up, it takes 10-15 minutes or so. Be sure and spray both sides of the tortilla for best results! They can be cooked ahead and cooled, then stored in a plastic bag for a fast, crispy treat anytime.
