Low Carb Salad Bowls
Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Using Mission Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas will give you a Trim Healthy Mama plan approved bowl of 1 if you use the 4 net carb large tortilla or 2 if you choose the make the smaller 3 net carb, but of course the larger the better for salad bowls.
Instructions
- Spray both sides of each tortilla needed with oil.
- Arrange the tortillas in bowl shape over an ordinary pyrex or other oven safe cups on a baking sheet.
- Just keep cooking till they crisp up, it takes 10-15 minutes or so.
- Be sure and spray both sides of the tortilla for best results!
- They can be cooked ahead and cooled, then stored in a plastic bag for a fast, crispy treat anytime.
