6 egg whites
(Note from Tisa is that you can use equivalent in carton egg whites but leave out the water)
2 tablespoons water to thin as the batter will continue to thin as you cook the wraps
2 tablespoons Masa (10g carbs)
2 tablespoons Oat Fiber or Psyllium FLAKES
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 generous pinch of high mineral salt
cooking spray
This makes 6 wraps so 3 of these are 5 grams of carbohydrates
Mix all the ingredients together till it is thin with no lumps. Spray an 8-inch pan and heat on the lowest setting. Then take the pan off the heat and add 3 tablespoons of mix and swirl till it covers the pan. Turn the heat up to 3 or medium and cook till done then flip and cook the other side. These taste like fresh corn tortillas and do not taste eggy.
