Oven Roasted Bacon and Jalapenos THM S Low Carb is my easy way of oven roasting bacon and jalapeños at the same time.
Easy, delicious, meal prep.
This recipe for Oven Roasted Bacon and Jalapeños originally appeared years ago on my old blogspot and I’ve moved it over for easier access.
See links at the bottom of this post for just a few of the many ways to use Oven Roasted Bacon & Jalapenos.
Place 8-12 oz. of thick cut bacon in a 15 x 11 pan at 350 degrees (see top left photo) for 30 minutes and it looks like the top right photo.
Arrange however many jalapeno (I’ve also used serano -super hot though and poblano peppers too) you’d like around the bacon so they will have access to the bacon’s grease and flavor.
Then I turn the oven up to 425 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes and it will look like the bottom left photo once it has been drained of grease.

Watch it carefully at this point because oven types and heat varies.
