Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Low Carb THM S!
We’ve really been enjoying this sweet, creamy, refreshing drink since the summer turned up the heat!
It seems like any way that I make it is a big hit around here, but I delayed posting it as a “regular” smoothie and held out until I was able to adjust the flavors and texture to make it a true No Bake Dessert Smoothie.
You can keep the collagen in it and make a rich little snack out of it that will tide you over for an afternoon sweet snack or go for a quick after lunch dessert that will keep your sweet tooth satisfied for hours.
I’ve added optional topping options also if you’d like to split this drink and enjoy it as a richer after dinner dessert for two!

This recipe works best with a natural sweetener called Gentle Sweet but be aware of the following when using it:
THM Gentle Sweet is so authentically sugary sweet because it contains xylitol and high-quality stevia.
BUT xylitol is dangerous to pets so if yours have access to your treats be sure and use the Xylitol Free Gentle Sweet (the taste and texture are not quite spot on but still a great product.

Unlike most of my more traditional smoothies, this one only makes a 16-ounce drink.
It’s a rich, sweet smoothie as is but if you’d like to split it and make two 8 ounce desserts just pile on the extra whipped cream (as shown) and make a quick topping for it by whisking together 1 tsp all-fruit strawberry jam mixed with 1 tsp water. This makes a delish topping that will up the sweetness but keep the carbs down where they belong.

Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Low Carb THM S
A smooth creamy dessert smoothie that will refresh and satisfy your dessert cravings without sugar!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 medium fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Gentle Sweet*
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2-1 cup ice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons plain unflavored collagen (if using as a sweet snack that needs protein)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until the ice and strawberries are fully blended.
- Serve immediately as a dessert or add in the collagen for a protein rich snack.
- Optional whipped cream and all fruit jam topping may be added for the extra rich dessert version with or without collagen.
Notes
Optional toppings for a special dessert look and taste!
1 or 2 tablespoon "sweetened" whipped cream -to taste
1 tsp all fruit strawberry jam PLUS 1 tsp water whisked together to form a syrup topping.
