My No-Bake Berry Cheesecake Pudding gets a yummy, raw cookie dough pie crust.
This Sugar-Free Triple Berry Cheesecake Pie is just as refreshing, satisfying, and downright yummy as it looks!
The No-Bake Berry Cheesecake Pudding has been one of my most loved creations from the first and I can always count on it being an instant hit at any gathering where it makes as appearance. Especially loved by my husband.
But no man that I know of can resist a PIE so when I dumped that pudding into a crust my sweetie just loved it. Oh and the pie crust? It’s from Mrs. Criddles Kitchen Fruity Summer Delight and a stroke of genius so when she generously allowed me to use it I snapped it up!
I published my Berry Creamcheese Cake Pudding in June 2016 almost 3 years ago. It was an expanded version of my Strawberry Cream Cheese Dip and I always had the intention of adding a no-bake crust.
But I got distracted a couple of years ago when I discovered that I could make a Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie (as a sub for our beloved cherry cream cheese pie) and I wanted a graham cracker type crust for it so that got published first.
I used the No-Bake Berry Cheesecake Pudding as a guide but increased the volume of the pie by 50% and after adding about 18 ounces of berries the whole thing filled a 9.5-inch pie crust plate perfectly. If you have a 9 or 10 inch that you use those should work also.

This Sugar Free Berry Cream Cheese Pie is a refreshing delicious that the whole family will enjoy, all spring and summer long. Make the crust ahead and refrigerate for a few hours. I've made it a day ahead and it gets very firm. Do not use previously frozen cream cheese in this recipe it will be grainy. Use high quality and no imitation flavorings it will be noticeable here. In the directions you state “mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt” there is no Greek yogurt on the ingredients list. Did you change it to sour cream?

Sorry about that Susan, it’s either one but I’ll get it fixed.
I typically use Greek yogurt over sour cream but they can usually be used interchangeably in most of my baked goods. 🙂
