This is a rich, deliciously, satisfying but moist and chewy fudge type creation. If you are wanting a hard set type fudge to stack and carry try one of my other fudges like the Five Minute Thin Mint Fudge or the traditional style Five Minute Walnut Fudge.
Both of these are based on my sugar free rendition of a condensed milk microwave fudge without having to make the condensed milk first! Both are really good in their own right and super popular in their own dark, fudgey way. <3
Lightly oil a small silicone loaf pan (mine was 3 x 7) or use silicone mini muffin cups or whatever shapes you'd like. If you don't have the silicone then line a small loaf pan with plastic wrap.
