Here’s the long promised blog post for my Frosted Strawberry Limeade Smoothie! It is a spin off of my original creation from a couple of summers ago which I called Lemonade Frosty a great tasting fuel pull smoothie that was so sweet and creamy you’d never suspect it of being any part of a weight loss strategy! I am a THM smoothie lover and I really haven’t ever had one I didn’t enjoy, but my fruit loving family is insisting that these fruity smoothies are the way to go.
This one I prefer as an S because I do like it a little better with a couple of tablespoons of whipping cream, but like it’s cousin the Lemonade Frosty it is so light, bright and refreshing that it makes a great fuel pull with maybe a tablespoon of half and half added in. This smoothie makes a lot but even if I double this recipe we never have any leftovers, YUM!

Would you know of a sub for the cottage cheese to make it dairy free?
Teresia says
I’m sorry I don’t have but if you check mamashire.com she has a lot of dairy free drinks along the lines of these. Thanks for stopping by.
