Make you own restaurant quality Authentic Guacamole Live Keto style!
Now you can enjoy it at home too with your favorite people. My favorite way to serve guacamole is as a generously applied condiment in a low carb meal or snack.
Avocados do contain some carbs also though so just keep your portions fairly small, and enjoy these with low carb options like nonstarchy veggie sticks if you need to eat them as a dip.
As some of you may know my husband was born and raised in Houston’s East End. He was eating authentic Mexican food in the homes and restaurants in that area long before it became mainstream.
I never post a Mexican food recipe without getting his approval and encouragement. Here are a few of them:

On the one hand, this recipe could not be simpler but the success of a good guacamole depends as much on knowing when and how much to season as it does which seasoning to use.
Although I love cilantro and accept that it has a place in a guacamole like this one I have to leave it out when I make it at home. My husband can’t seem to acquire the taste for it. I’m supposing it’s genetic since my son also feels the same way and they both love Mexican food.
