Nana’s THM Friendly Meal Plan is a guest post from my friend Darcie, who blogs over at Darcie‘s Dish.
She has been eating the THM way for 6.5 years and has been creating THM meal plans and recipes to share with her audience for over 5 years. She releases a monthly dinner meal plan as well as a full weekly meal plan all for free, so be sure to check out her site here.
From Darcie:
The meal plan that I’ve created for Nana’s Little Kitchen feeds one person for breakfast, lunch and snacks. All of the dinner meals serve at least four people and many will provide leftovers to have for lunch the next day. This meal plan is printable and has a printable shopping list included as well. All of the meals are labeled with their appropriate THM fuel. I’ve taken all of the guesswork out so that you can easily have a successful week of eating the THM way.

This looks delish! I love that you use last night’s dinner for today’s lunch. I do wish someone would come up with a menu I prep on the weekend of maybe 3 main entrees (to be used for lunch and dinners) and a breakfast, all to be used all week long. I don’t have the time or the energy to cook something new every night of the week.

Good thoughts Linda. I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future plans.
