Nana’s Syrups and Sauces Collection

I grew up watching my mom and grandma make pretty much everything they needed from scratch and many of these sauces and syrups are reproductions of generational favorites that are now low carb or low fat or both and all THM Friendly! Nana’s Syrups and Sauces Collection has been a few years in the making and I hope it will be a help to have them all together in one post as this years cooking season draws near.

It seems like most cooks have their specialty type recipes and cooking styles. Food bloggers are no exception except that once our recipes are in print we really get a chance to see patterns forming that might have normally gone unnoticed. I rarely walk into a kitchen to prepare a large meal without making at least one sauce either sweet or savory or both. When I go to make a quick meal it will usually be because I have already prepared a sauce that makes quick work of that tasty meal.
